ASMOBILE Return Policies
We need to be notified within 7 days of the products arrival of any return request.
If you received the wrong product my mistake, please contact us and we will cover the return shipping. Please just contact us via email (asmoduswarrantycenter@gmail.com) with your order number and issue and we will try our best to assist you.
If you would like to return a new item, shipping would be covered by you and you would be credited the full product price. For exchanges it would be the same process but you'd get store credit or an exchanged product back. As these products can be very heavy, make sure you are sure about what you purchase before purchasing, Please feel free to contact us for more information prior to ordering.
In any of these cases you might be asked to send pictures / videos to better show the issue you are having. Please comply so we can get the return processed as quickly as possible. We don't have the part you are seeing so allowing us to see will speed up the process.
We are in the office Monday - Wednesday from 9:00AM - 5PM PST so if contact us while we are off, we will get back to on Monday when we return to the office.
