Asmodus, Inc., Shenzhen Sigelei Technology Co., Ltd, Dongguan Shenxi Hardware Electronics Technology Co., Ltd; Dongguan Wehe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen LSM Technology, Ltd; ACM Supplies Inc; and Global Vaping LLC hereby jointly announce that they have reached an agreement amicably to settle their past differences, and have agreed to dismiss all the current lawsuits that exist directly between the companies. Effective immediately, Global Vaping, Inc. shall serve as the post sales warranty service center for all Snow Wolf products previously sold by Asmodus, Inc. By resolving their disputes, Asmodus, Inc. aim to focus on delivering the best Helve, Minikin and Asmodus products to its customers, and Sigelei aim to focus on delivering the best SnowWolf and Sigelei products to its customers.
