Was my order shipped?

You can check if your order has shipped by logging into your account and then clicking the "My Account" link at the footer of the page. From the My Account page you then click the "Review orders / track packages" link under the My Orders section. This will show you a breakdown of all ordered items and any tracking numbers for shipments if they have shipped.

Was there a problem with a product that was received?

If you received the wrong product or if there was a problem with a product that you received, please contact us at support@asmodus.com with your order number. If you are unsure of you order number please log into your account and click the "My Account" link at the footer of the page. From the My Account page you then click the "Review orders / track packages" link and it will show you all your order information including your order number.

If you are within the warranty time frame, please visit our warranty page and follow all the instructions to have the product submitted to us. If you are over the warranty time frame, please email support@asmodus.com with what mod was purchased and you will be directed in instructions for repair services.
